It is a double-storey house that has recently been refurbished. There is a bathroom with a shower, a dining area, living room and a kitchen. Parking is also available. There is also a large garden both at the front and at the back of the house.

The rent includes wireless internet connection, council tax and tv license.

The room itself has a double bed, a large window overlooking the back garden and plenty of storage space.

I am looking for someone who is tidy and does not smoke. Females only please.

The room is available from January to the end of June 2013 for £500 per month.
