Hello,
I'm currently looking for a flatmate to move into my flat on Easter Road, the flat is very spacious with large lounge/ dining area, kitchen, shared bathroom and 2 bedrooms, the flat has dg and gch, with on street parking that doesn't require a permit, a shared garden and bike storage, everything has been set up, we have internet and virgin tv.

The flat has easy access by bus to the city centre every ten minutes, close to the swimming pool and tesco, there are also numerous pubs close by as well all other local amneties on leith walk. Unfortunately my current flat mate is having to leave due to financial circumstances.

The bedroom is a good sized double room, with a brand new bed and mattress (bought September) along with a desk and a brand new very large wardrobe / storage cupboard, with room for other furnishings if required.

There is also lots of storage within the flat in other rooms and the hall, the flat is the top floor and in a well kept building with a stair cleaner.

I'm a 2nd year student at qmu, so prefferably a student would probably be more suited, however I'm happy to meet anyone who's interested.

My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so this large double room could be yours! The flat is fully furnished, modern and is split across 2 levels.
Your bedroom will be the slightly bigger one, and since I am not much of a cook the top floor kitchen will almost exclusively be yours.
The flat is in the perfect location, a 5 min walk from Balham station (and yet you can't hear any trains), and Sainsbury's and Waitrose are about 2 minutes away. Parking in front of the flat also available.

A bit about me:

I'm 29, female and moved to London about 5 years ago to work in marketing. I'm really easy going and am looking for someone of a similar age, fun to be round, who is happy to have a chat in front of the TV after work or go to the pub for a drink. But fear not - I have a life of my own, so will respect your privacy.

Rent is GBP 750 a month and bills come to about GBP 70 per person. You would need to sign the lease for a year and since rental is through an agency there is an admin fee of GBP180....but it is worth it! The flat is available from the 8th of Dec (if needed earlier we can be a bit flexible)
