I'm looking for a new flatmate as the 'old' one has moved away. My ideal flatmate would be a neat & tidy laid back kind of person who wouldnt mind sharing a bottle of wine every now and then and maybe even cook together sometimes.
Ok, the room is a double (its not huge) but it is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a small chest of drawers which is also used as a bedside 'table'.
The flat - it is fully & modernly furnished with a open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen, it has a nice bathroom with a shower over the bath & last but not least it has a seperate laundry/storage room. There is a communial garden and a parking spot if needed (I dont use it). The lounge also has a Juliet balcony which is just lovely for the summer months.
Location wise - we're about 10 minute walk from the tube station (Leytonstone, central line) and about 15 minute walk from Whipps Cross Hospital. We have the best fish n chip shop about 3/4 minutes away too.
Rent is £457 pcm, this is excluding bills which works out to be around £105 extra pm, generally less in the summer months and can be more in the winter months. (Bills are: Gas & Elec, Council tax, TV licence & O2 broadband)
