Looking for a flatmate to move into a furnished room in a comfortable flat with a garden. Tenancy starts from 1st september, we know its short notice but one of our rank had to duck out last minute. We are two guys, one 24 (law student) and the other 27 (music industry), and one girl 22 (journalist), looking for an easy going and laidback person. We are all friends and work hard but enjoy going out, and would want any potential candidates to feel like they are gaining three friends and not just flatmates.

It's 5 minutes walk to the train station at edmonton green and close to all other amenities like the gym, supermarket, cenima, bars and resturant. We are very, very clean and neat, the flat is very peaceful, my present flatemate and I just gets on with our own lives and we respect each other privacy.
we has been sharing for almost two years now which is great, so we looking forward for a new flatmate to join us. It's a nonsmoking flat and we don't drink or smoke and we have no pets and no crowd, we are very easy going and hardworking, so home is our place of refuge after a full days work. The rent is inclusive of everything and the boardband is free. If you think you will fit in then just drop me an e-mail. thanks.

Anthony is looking for share accommodation in London SW
My name is Anthony and I'm looking for a house or flat share, ideally in the Fulham / Chelsea / Putney area. Budget: up to £650pcm including all bills. Looking to move in beginning of October.
I'm a 29 year old single (straight) chap - very sociable and easy to get on with. I'm pretty chilled out and easy going but work hard during the week. Am generally a good guy to have a beer with and chew the fat. I am also clean and tidy and can produce some decent things in the kitchen.
Very keen skier and snowboarder and regularly go to the gym. I'm looking for like minded and similar aged professionals to live with (25ish to 35ish).
I'm currently serving my notice at the heliskiing company I work at and am about to start as a web strategist for a company based on Cannon Street in the city.
I look forward to meeting you!

Lindsay is looking for share accommodation in London W
Available room:
Spacious double size (no double bed crammed into a tiny space so you're touching both walls here!), a double bed and large, sturdy chest of drawers are included, plus there is a fitted wardrobe with cupboard space above. Everything else you can see in the pictures will be removed so there's room for your own desk/dressing table and/or shelves should you want to add them.
About the flat:
It's a two bedroom, downstairs flat conversion. Separate and good sized lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There's also a garden where you can sit in the sun, set up a barbeque or just enjoy having the back door open while you cook your dinner. There's storage space in the hallway and room in the bathroom airing cupboard for any linen and towels you may have, plus a large corner unit in the lounge for DVDs should you want to store them there. There's Wifi internet and Virgin TV. Bills-wise we pay £145 each per month which covers gas, electric, water, council tax, Virgin (TV, internet and landline) plus basic purchases such as toilet roll and cleaning products.
Location:
Shepherd's Bush Market tube station is about a 6/7 minute walk away where you'll find the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines, and Shepherd's Bush station is about 12 mins walk away where you'll find the Central line straight into the centre of town. There are many buses (283 to Hammersmith goes from about 20 seconds from our front door) and Westfield shopping centre is about an 8 minute walk away - dangerously close for anyone with a shopping weakness!
About me:
I'm a 32 year old professional working just down the road in Hammersmith at Disney. I'm a bit 50s rockabilly so don't be surprised to find me heading out for an evening's swing dancing wearing eyelashes, red lipstick and a huge petticoat under my circle skirt! Aside for that I love films, retro music, and the odd TV boxset (watching True Blood at the moment). I'm a homebody really and like nothing better than slaving over the stove cooking something nice while listening to a bit of music.
About you:
Looking for a professional, not far from my age (maybe 27 - 37), and who wants to be part of a household rather than just rent a room, ie sharing the odd meal and trip down the pub (of which there are many round here!). No need to be a neat freak, but you'd want to share the usual chores to keep the place nice. Would prefer that you're looking for a long term stay (6 months at the very least) and that you're either a Brit or you speak excellent English. I'm leaning towards another girl because I lived with boys for years until moving here and had forgotten how much fun two girls sharing can be (and tidier!), but if you're a boy and you feel we'd get along then that's the main thing I'm looking for. Ooh - and no couples please...thanks!
Rent is £606, deposit is 6 weeks' rent (£840) and there's an £80 new contract fee.
If you're interested please contact me via email and we can set up a viewing.
