Hi, I'm Gav, a freelance graphic designer looking to fill a couple of rooms at my current flat. Its a spacious 2 storey flat above shops in New Malden south west london. I really I'm looking for some like minded people maybe in the same line of work, but hey I'm getting picky here, you must be professional though. Its a non smoking flat too, better throw that one in there.

Anyway, New Malden, It may not have the hip post code that you may be after, but the flat is big and its cheap, hence why I've been here for quite some time.

Being on the high street its close to all the local amenities and is a 3 minute walk away from New Malden main line train station which takes you into Waterloo (journey time about 20-25 minutes). This journey takes you through Wimbledon, 2 stops away where you can pick up the district line. Incidentally the last train of the night from Waterloo on a Saturday which I believe is at 1.40am stops here. We are also on the N87 night bus route which stops at the top of the high street.

If you like a bit of open space, jump on your bike and a 10 minute cycle ride and you're in the heart of Richmond Park, can't be bad can it?

Anyway, the rent. This is dependent of whether I fill 1 room or 2. If I get 2 people then you're looking at £350 a month excluding bills, if its only the 1 room then £525.
