Our apartment doesn't have that horrible 'sharehouse' feel to it, it is very homely...



We are in an AWESOME location close to transport, parks, shops, hospitals, MCG and short walk into City.

The room is of reasonable size and has a walk-in wardrobe with lots of storage space.

We do not smoke inside coz that's just gross however we have a huge outdoor area where you can smoke if you like.



THERE IS AN OPTION TO HAVE THE ROOM FURNISHED FOR $165.00 PER WEEK.

We also two small dogs that live here so an animal lover is preferred. Sorry, unfortunately we can not have any more pets.

We also do not have any parking permits left...

What else can I tell you... we split all the bills equally (home phone, gas, electricity, Foxtel IQ) so the bills are really affordable. We also have unlimited Wifi and would be happy for you to go in on that bill with us too.
