Pls TEXT US about yourself if you think u might like to live with us: urgently looking for a third person, a female, not a guy, since the girl who was going to move in suddenly had a change of circumstances. We need someone to move in on 6th November, preferably a female in your thirties or forties, to join our lovely home in Kentish Town. If you are a student or a couple then you probably best to stop reading now or you will fall in lerv with the place and sadly, you are not what we are looking for :)

The rent is 180 per week plus bills water, gas, electric, internet, tv license, fortnightly cleaning and council add up to approximately 100 per month

There's a very homely vibe in this spacious, peaceful house, very near Hampstead Heath and a great local neighbourhood (good transport, shops of all kinds).

We enjoy our own space and have widely different jobs, but through common interest in food, art and music, we also love to cook and chat in Frenglish (I'm Australian with a Parisian bent where I lived many years and David is French through & through). We are not a couple (some people have asked) just flatmates

Despite our French connection, we're clean and house-trained. To ease the load, we have a cleaner come every 2 weeks. The cost of which we share divided by three

One of us works mostly from home, so it is important and preferable our new flatmate be a full-time professional, i. e. working outside of home.

The available room gets beautiful morning light and is very quiet. It's a good size, with a lot of storage, a large single bed (we can move this & put in your double if you prefer) and bookshelves. The whole flat is very bright, comfy and furnished. The bathroom and kitchen are modern, there's a good bath and shower, dishwasher and there's an extra toilet.

We're looking for someone who wants a proper home but is independent enough to enjoy a balance between their own private time and the warmth of a shared space. We need someone who will look after the place well, since it is very special

Hi there!
Me and my friend Becky (we are 22/23 and working professionals) have just signed for a three double bedroom apartment in Acton, West London.
The flat is being totally refurbished, all new flooring, electrics, heating, bathroom, everything is new! All new furniture is also going to be put in also. It is a converted, detached, Victorian house, with high ceilings and a gorgeous fireplace in the living room. It has three double bedrooms and has a small garden space. The house is close to so many tube lines and overground so is great for getting into central London as it is located in Zone 2.
It will be available from the 14th Nov. The price will be £606 per month, but this does not include bills. We've looked at council tax, internet etc, and should approx total £50 a month per person. As we haven't lived there yet, it's difficult to know!
There is also a bond of six weeks rent (which will be split between three) and 1 months rent paid in advance to the landlord and admin fees for the estate agents.
Myself and Becky both have busy jobs working within the fashion industry and so enjoy relaxing in the evenings. We enjoy socialising at the weekends, going to gigs and having a few glasses of wine and occasionally have a go at baking! But also like time to ourselves.
