I have a lovely double room for rent in a recently renovated flat in the heart of Chorlton. The flat is a 5 minute walk from the tram stop which gets you into the city centre within 20 minutes. If you have a car then there is ample street parking directly outside the flat as well. There is also easy access to all nearby major motorways.
The flat itself comprises of two double bedrooms, one bathroom and a living/kitchen area. All appliances are less than a year old so still look in immaculate condition.
The bedroom available has a double bed with drawers either side and one large wardrode. There is a TV point and phone socket if need be.
Other ammenities in the flat include the most confortable sofa ever! Also, there is a washer/dryer, Sky Plus HD with Sports and Movies and Sky broadband along with the usual kitchen appliances.
Just a little about me. I'm 33 and a Bar Manager in a Bar/Restaurant in Alderley Edge. I work pretty much most weekends and a few other evenings during the week as well. Therefore my working pattern is very variable so I would like someone who appreciates shift work and doesnt mind me coming and going at all hours of the day and night. I am a very laid back and easy going person to get on with. All I ask for is rent and bills to be paid on time and the flat is kept to a resonable standard. On my days off, I generally like to dine out and have a few drinks or stay in the flat, get a take out and drink wine. Happy days!
Over all this a fantastic place to live due to the location and the flat itself. When myself and current flat mate saw it we snapped it up there and then.
Rent is £400/month with roughly £120 a month each on bills.
