The house is a brick built terraced Victorian property. It has a large open plan living/dining area and separate kitchen as well as a good size yard with portable BBQ/fire pit and deck chairs. All crockery, pots and pans supplied.
Bills included are gas, water, electric and cable broadband.
The street is a quiet cul de sac with parks on 3 sides. On street parking is available in front of the house. Its just a 5 minute walk to the main road for buses and 10-15 minutes to the nearest train station for quick access to Manchester city centre/Stockport. Good pubs/restaurants and a cinema are also in walking distance as well as a supermarkets.
