The flat: We have a 4-bedroom flat (previously a 3-bedroom, but the reception has been converted to a double room) 10 minutes walking distance from Middlesex University's Hendon campus (and about 15 minutes to Hendon Central tube). The kitchen is very large and is big enough to cook, eat and chat in (size 6. 10 x 4. 39m). It is on the ground floor (there's a lift in the building if needed) and has private access to a communal garden. The flat is a part of a block and there are other Mdx students living in the building as well if you'd like to socialize. There are also some shops (supermarket, newsagent etc.) along the main road. The landlord is the owner of the whole building, so any additional furniture or maintenance can be quickly responded to as he lives right there. The building is in a gated development, so its also very safe.

The room: The room is quite big as it was a reception/dining room (no worries here, its a proper bedroom so you'll have the privacy you need). The size of the bedroom is approximately 4. 37 x 3. 58m and will have a bed, desk, wardrobe etc. Rent will be about 145 per week. The bathroom will be shared with 2 other (clean) girls. Your room will be fully furnished and up for living before you move in.

Your future flatmates: We are 3 students at Middlesex uni, 1 of us is studying English Lit, and 2 of us are studying Popular Music (one's a first-year, and one's a second-year). We're all very friendly, respectful of other people's privacy, clean, and are from different countries. One of us is a smoker (guilty), but you don't have to worry much about that since I'll only be smoking in my room and never in the communal areas. The house is close to all transport links, train, bus and airport.
