It is close to Essex road station, shops and buses 38, 479, 341, 73 and 271.
I travel alot, therefore the person would be alone most of the time. If you are looking for a flatmates as well as accomodation, this would not suite you.
The room is only part furnished, and comes with a leather corner suite sofa. You would have to provide your own bed etc.
Ideally, you will be trustworty, self sufficient and not allergic to cats.
There is no broadband
bills are included in the rent (gas and electric, water) the lodger would be responsible for all other bils (council tax etc)

It's a 15 minute walk from vibrant stoke newington with all the bars, restaurants and cafes.
We are also a five minute bus journey from either seven sisters (victoria line) or manor house (piccadilly line). It takes 25 mins to get to Oxford Street. The bus links are great too, with 24hr bus services going to central london, Angel, liverpool street, waterloo etc.
