Hi,
This lovely sunny two-bedroom flat in Stockwell is right on the Northern and Victoria lines; the buses which go down our street also go to Clapham Junction, Elephant and Castle and you can walk to Vauxhall.
The room is large, airy and very sunny with a good view. You'll need to provide your own bedroom furniture as the room is unfurnished.
The rent is £550 per month, plus bills, which are roughly £100.
We are on the 3rd floor, so it does involve stairs. The flat is in a lovely apartment 1930's complex with a quiet courtyard garden. There is safe security gated access. There is a living room too. The kitchen is a good size, and the bathroom has a bath&shower. Nonsmokers only.
Some of the bills would be in your name, as we split the responsibility for these but the cost is 50/50. The moving-in date would be 1st Aug.
Myself, I'm a Kiwi, 27. have been living here in London for four years and now call this crazy town home. I work as a pastry chef, which means I occasionally work long hours, but I love to come home and play around with food and cook for other people. I like entertaining, but also really enjoy quiet lazy nights in with dvds and curling up on the sofa with a good book and reading it till I've reached the end.
I'm looking for some one who is tidy, ready for a laugh, hopefully drinks tea and who likes to call where they live 'home' and helps make it feel like one :-)
