It's on the high street but secure and has lovely kitchen/living room looking out over the best view in Deptford. Galleries, cafes, shops, market and swimming pool on the doorstep.

Shared bathroom with shower with one tidy easy-going early 30s/non smoker female creative .  Prefer a professional in 30s or 40s. No smoking in flat. Probably most suited to someone who is away a bit or lives elsewhere at weekends.

Anyway. I've found a gorgeous two bedroom flat but need someone to share with.

I'm 21, from Blackpool and also love going out and having an ace time :) I'm really clean and tidy and I'm also considerate if my flatmates need an early night or quiet time. I'm not like some lonely nutter or anything. Haha.

Anyway. The property is £100 per week each but the guy said since its so late and they want to have the flat booked they'd give it us for £95 but that doesn't include bills, spoke to an energy provider and a few people and they said we can set up a direct debit and get it for like £50 a month though since theres only two of us. It's an absolutely gorgeous flat with two good sized double bedrooms, a brand new kitchen with a dishwasher and asking machine, a good sized living area and a brand new bathroom with a shower/bath combo. Its all been refurbished and if you're interested I can send you over the details and stuff.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who doesn't particularly like the idea of having a flatmate, but needs some extra income... I wonder if there is anyone out there who fits the bill? hmmm we shall see, won't we? ;)

I am a mid-thirties English teacher who may be going overseas to work for the next 8 months and require a room to maintain a residence here in England. Regardless of whether or not I take the new position, I do spend quite a lot of time out of the country anyway and I need to downsize my current expenses.

I am looking to move around the last week of September / early October for the right residence and wouldn't be back until Christmas or Easter, perhaps for a possible weekend (3-4 day stretch) or two in between.

I smoke occasionally, but am happy to do so outside. Other than that I am very clean and easy to live with.

I would be able to pay 2 months in advance and set up a standing order thereafter. I would also be happy to contribute towards a portion of electricity / gas / internet even when I am away for such extended periods and would just need someone to collect my post and leave it in my room in exchange.

I would also be open to the idea of the room being used in my absence, though of course only as a guest room and not for rent unless a schedule could be worked out that might benefit us both.

I have minimal furniture - a desk and a china cabinet - but quite a lot of books, ornaments and kitchen gear that could either go into storage or stack neatly in boxes in the newly rented room, dependent on space.
