The Flat is a spacious 3 bed with a large lounge and dining room, seperate kitchen and bathroom. There is also plenty of hall space with storage room, and seperate utility room. The room that is spare is a decent size, and currently has a single bed, but could comfortably fit a double. It also comes with a large chest of drawers, bed side table & a built in wardrobe.

The flat is above offices and so is very private. It is back from the main road, and overlooks a private house on one side and the Fulham allotments on the other, so you can get your fix of green looking out the window!

You'll be sharing with 2 girls, professionals, mid-late twenties. We like to cook for friends so the flat is a sociable space at times, but also like to just relax after a long day. We are looking for someone considerate who'd be up for being part of the flat, and striking a good balance between socialising together, maybe catching a drink in the pub every now and then etc. and obviously having our own lives too.

The flat is situated 5 minutes from Putney Bridge underground station just beyond the Fulham side of Putney Bridge. Putney high street is a 5 minute walk away and has plenty of shops and a Sainsbury's and Waitrose for supermarkets. Also within walking distance is Fulham Road, home to many nice restaurants, bars and boutique-style shops. A bit further afield Fulham Broadway is 10 minutes by bus. You can also catch buses to Piccadilly and Warren St if you're heading central, or Shepherd's Bush if you fancy a Westfields trip. Putney overground station on the high street also has direct trains to Waterloo.

Rent is £487. 50 a month, and bills are not included, but are pretty standard amounts each month. We also have wireless broadband.
