Rent is 280/week paid monthly, $1000 Bond, and split electricity and gas bills quarterly. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
I am looking for someone responsible, tidy (someone who cleans up after themselves and happy to share communal cleaning on a weekly basis).
Ideally someone with stable income, who shares similar values to myself- would be good to be able to have a beer and share a meal from time to time.
