Large double room in a giant house affectionately known as "The Castle" because of its size. Rent is £250. Deposit of the same is payable upfront. Sharing with 4 other professionals and a friendly cat. The room will be available from weekend of 20th July.
We would like someone who is between the ages of 23-35, male or female. We are looking for a fellow professional.
The room is fully furnished, carpeted including bed with mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Rent and council tax is payable directly to the landlord who manages the property himself. Rent is £250pcm. Council tax and bills work out around £100 a month each and include council tax, water, gas, electric, broadband, Sky TV, TV licence and a fortnightly cleaner who cleans the communal areas.
Situated off Rose Lane on a bus route into city centre and close to Mossley Hill train station, the house is close enough to walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets on Allerton Road and within walking distance of Sefton Park and popular Lark Lane.
Current house mates have a range of jobs, and different reasons for being in Liverpool. We are all friendly and welcome both newcomers to the city and those familiar with the city. Its not uncommon to find some of us with a bottle of wine or a beer open in the evening after a hard day's work!
