The address is Pott Street, Bethnal Green, and is on the 1st floor of a 4 storey block of flats which are a mixture of privately owned and council properties.

Its done up to a reasonable standard inside and comes with a double bed, large wardrobe and drawers in the bedroom. The living room has a sofa, dining table/chairs and a TV. There is a washing machine in the kitchen.

The room is £600 pcm excluding bills, which come to around £80 per person on average per month. I would also need a months deposit as a deposit and for you to sign a 6 month contract.

The flat is 2 minutes walk from Bethnal Green underground.
