A lovely small double room has become available in a 5 person house share in Archway. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, lots of storage units and overlooks the garden.

The house is in a great location. Less than 5 minutes from Archway tube (zone 2), 1 minute from the bus stop (where there are several night buses) and 1 minute from a Sainsbury’s local on a residential street. There is a good sized kitchen, cosy living room, a main bathroom and a downstairs toilet.

You will be sharing with 4 girls, (3 are retail managers and one is a personal assistant) aged mid 20s to 30, who are looking for a friendly, professional, tidy female housemate who likes a good glass (or few) of wine.

Rent is £420 a month (£450 with council tax). Bills are on top but split 5 ways they don’t come to very much. Our letting agents do require a referencing service and proof of income. The room is available from the 11th October (although there may be some flexibility with this date).
