If you're looking for a flat in the centre of Edinburgh, literally a 2 minute walk from George Square (The main Edinburgh University Campus) and opposite Potterrow and Teviot! (our 2 main Student Unions!) then look no further!!!

I am looking for one person to take my room in a four person flat, We have three bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite), a lounge complete with TV and N64 (need I say more!) and kitchen.

The Bedroom is fully furnished and comes with a smaller room upstairs in the flat which has a single bed and is perfect for a study/snug or just a a spare room! (although if you only want the larger room then a cheaper rent could be negotiated!)

The flatmates are lovely, I have lived with them for three years (from my first year at uni!) with no problems at all. (save the odd hangover!) I am moving out as I am moving in with my boyfriend!
