So I am moving out of my rather large room in Armadale. You would be living with 2 girls both in late 20's who are both easy going and work full time. We tend to keep to ourselves and do our own thing but still love a good chat now and then.

The location is perfect being an under 5 minute walk to High Street where you will find cafes and further up supermarkets and plenty of shops. Armadale Station is a 3 minute walk away which will take you into the city. And tram 64 is 5 minutes away and will take you via Chapel Street to the city.

The price per month is $688 (not including bills) and you would need to pay bond and a months worth of rent upfront. The house has central heating for those often cold nights.
