We've just secured a seriously nice house with a lovely garden just around the corner from the restaurants, bars and shops of Teddington high street.

We're looking to get a third house mate for the 2nd or 3rd bedroom. Both are large double rooms with fitted wardrobes and plenty of natural light. You'd only be sharing the bathroom with one other as the top floor room has an ensuite.

We're both in our early 30s working in London in sales and marketing. We like to go out for a big night once in a while but a lot of the time we're just relaxing, going to the gym etc.

Because it's a very nice place we expect demand to be pretty high so don't delay getting in touch if you're interested.

So my housemate moved out to live with her boyfriend so I am looking for someone to take her room. The flat itself is in a gated Lodge of 12 others flats (neighbours all quite friendly and mix of professionals and families). There are 2 outside spaces - one communcal garden which is great in summer and no one seems to mind the occassional BBQ! And secondly we have an outside patio accssible from the living room.

The room is medium/large in size with double bed and plenty of storage (triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side draws) and also benefits from it's ownbathroom (the 'family' bathroom). There is a seperate laundry room in the hallway (so no annoying washing machines in the kitchen!). The kitchen, living room and dining room are all in the one room which is quite nice when friends are over.

As part of a new build the landlord took the chance to put in some nice quirks including an in built speaker system which allows you to listen to music across all or sections of the flat.

A little about me, I have lived in the flat for the past 18 months and have enjoyed the versatility of it. I work long hours in the city so enjoy relaxing in the evening and getting out at the weekend.

Great location within walking access of both East Putney tube station (5 minutes) or Putney Overground (15 minutes). I would like to live with someone who doesn't mind having a splash or to of vino in the week but happy doing own thing as well.

Rent is £800pcm for a single and £950 for a couple. Council Tax and bills are additional equating to roughly £100 per month
