I have a Double room for students for rent in a shared house off Albany Road, Roath - close to shops and bus routes.

Approx 20mins walk into city centre.

The room's at back of house so it's nice and quiet (i.e. no traffic noise!), double bed, wardrobe, desk & chest of drawers.

House has broadband, living room, kitchen, shower, 2 toilets and lovely back patio. Sharing with 3 other students aged 19 - 30. Studying a mixture of Arts & Science subjects at UWIC & Cardiff Uni.

The other flatmates are friendly & studious.

I am happy to neg the move in date. The room is available ASAP as I have decided to leave Cardiff.
