Hi, we have just moved into a beautiful victorian house on Jubilee Road, Upper Knowle and are looking for a third person to join us. The house is 15 minutes walk to temple meads train station, there are loads of buses to wherever you might need to go at broadwalk (4 minutes walk away) and it is very easy to get to town (10 minutes drive/30-40 minutes walk). The house is furnished, we have a huge front room with fire place, virgin TV and internet, loads of shelves for anything you might need and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is also a brillaint size and has beautiful kitchen counters and a big dining table for socail gatherings. The garden has a lovely patio area and lots of grass to relax on in the summer, its also south facing so its a great sun trap. We have a deep, round bath and strong shower with heated towel rack. The free room is a double room, with a double bed, bedside table,desk, small wardrobe, shelves and a full length mirror. It looks out over the graden so is nice and quiet in the night. We are two female young professionals, both 25. Im a teacher and my friend works in communications so we both work quite hard during the week but like to have fun on the weekend. We are clean, fun and sociable and would like to find someone like-minded of a similar age to come and live with us. We have a light and bright double room for rent in our house, located 3 miles outside East Grinstead. Gatwick Airport is exactly 25 minutes away. There is no public transport so a car is necessary. The house is very much a family house, slightly in a time wharp, but clean and tidy. The room has plenty of cupboards and a hanging closet. There is no TV socket in the room but this could be organised. There is a shared bathroom and separate shower room and a shared kitchen and sitting room. There is a small separate sitting room which a lodger can also use. We have a dog Bosun who is very much part of the family and 2 cats! There are extensive grounds and parking is available. This would most suit someone who wants a room for 3/4 days a week and the rental price would change accordingly. It would probably not suit someone on shift work as we are generally here in the day time as we work from home. My partner occasionally has his children to stay, aged 11 and 13. Gatwick is only 20 minutes away by car.
