The flat is small and very cute, kind of country side flat. The bathroom is all tiled, has a bath with an eficiently working shower tub.
All laminated floors and tiled floors in bathroom and kitchen. There is a Central Heating and it is worm and cosy during winter days. The Central Heating is on thermosta so the temperature always remain the same.
There's no living room and it is also smoker friendly in the kitchen only.
It is situated in a very quiet area of Brixton, 3 minutes walk from Brixton tube station.
The flat is to be shared with a female artist who's been living in that flat for 9 years. I am very unconventional, nonetheles very respectful, open minded and friendly.Â

The is a large back yard as well but none of us really use it, but you are more than welcome to bring a BBQ and set up a back yard lounge area if you wish… The house is entirely furnished with leather couches, TV, Xbox, PlayStation, DVD player with great surrounded sound system, washer & dryer.. all you need to do is furnish the room..
About the Room
The room is pretty big (unfurnished) , you can easily fit a queen size bed and drawer, and it comes with a built-in large wardrobe as well….and like we mentioned BRAND NEW just installed carpeting. There is a large window that lets in a lot of natural light and a plastic curtain that keep the room dark and private if you wish…
About The Flatmates
We are all guys aged 23, 24 & I am 25 years old. I myself am an international student here from Montreal, and the other two guys are Aussie and Zimbabwean. We all get along great and even go out together on weekends on occasion. We all mix work and study so during the week the house is pretty quiet and calm, but on the weekends you would be more then welcome to invite people over, throw a party or party with us… If that’s not your thing then don’t worry, you can keep it calm on weekends if you would like… I myself am into weight training and cooking all my meals so I’am in the kitchen a lot cooking up a storm, the other guys pretty much each take away everyday so if u use the kitchen a lot you would only be sharing it with me..
About the Area
Caulfield south is a good area about a 15-20 min drive to get to CBD. If you don’t have a car tram number 67 is just up the road that goes right into CBD in about 35 min. Also there is Glen Huntley & Elsternwick train station close by. We also have a bike at the house that no one uses and if you don’t have a car you are more than welcome to use it as a source of transport, as I did before I bought a scooter. On Glen huntly road you have all the shops you need, and if that’s not enough Chadstone mall (largest mall in the southern hemisphere) is just a 10 min drive. Also Chapel Street and St Kilda district is just 10 min up the road so very convenient if you hang out in that area much.
What were looking for
We are not picky but looking for a kind individual that is looking to make friends and not just live in their room like a hermit. Male/female it doesn’t matter as long as you’re a down to earth and easy going individual that can clean up after yourself you will defiantly fit it well with us. This is a great house filled with good people and were looking to keep it that way, if this sounds like the place for you please give me a call..

The Room is available as of Saturday June 25, 2011 and we are looking to get the right person in as close to that date as possible. The first rent would be due July 2nd.
