I am relocating to London from New York for my job and looking for a flatmate who is tidy, has good credit, and enjoys a relaxing home atmosphere.
Looking to spend 200-300pw per person. Ideally would like to live in Angel/Islington or the Camden areas, but can be open to other Zone 1 and 2 areas as well.
I am only interested in true two bedroom situations (if sharing) or one bedroom (if alone) and would prefer an unfurnished flat as my company will be paying to ship my belongings (including living/reception room, bedroom and kitchen furniture and items).
Prefer a female, age 25-35, but would be open to living with a male in the same age range if we got along.
I have no pets, but would be open to a flatmate who had a dog (I am allergic to cats). I do not smoke, and would not like to live with a smoker unless they reserved their smoking to outdoors only.
My job will require me to travel pretty regularly, so I want to feel comfortable that when I come home, the flat will be taken care of and comfortable. I wouldn't mind a flatmate who occasionally had guests, and would like the same courtesy to be extended should I have an occasional guest visiting.
I am very responsible with my bills and would expect my flatmate to be as well. I am also a very straight forward person. If there are issues, I discuss them, and I would like a flatmate who feels comfortable discussing any issues with me too.
Finally, in my free time I enjoy running (I am training for my third marathon now), finding new restaurants or wine bars to enjoy with friends, or traveling.
