I have a double room to let in a large flatshare in Kilburn. The flat is located on Fordwych Road, a quiet and residential street with excellent transport links. The flat is a 4 minute walk from the Jublilee Line station (Kilburn Zone 2) and at the bottom of the street there are excellent bus links to the West End, Paddington and Victoria.

The flat is made up of 2 double bedrooms (one being yours), a large living area, a good sized bathroom and bright and spacious kitchen/dining area.

You would be sharing with one other a 32 year old professional male. He is clean, tidy and sociable and it has been an easy task living with him!

The rent is £575 pcm and bills are around £75 per month. We have an excellent relationship with the landlord and maintenance is carried out quickly when needed. The rent has also stayed the same for the last two years and there is the option of renewal. I am only moving out of the flat for work purposes and will be really sad to leave.
