I'm a current 4th year medical student placed out of Newcastle for the second half of the year so I'm looking for someone else in need of somewhere to stay to cover the rent for this time.
The room itself is on the small side; hence the decreased rent, (with a 3/4 size double bed) but it's comfortable enough and there is plenty of storage and a desk elsewhere in the house to use. I've been in the house for the last 2 and a half years and it's never been a problem.
Housemates are a final year medic, final year dentist (both post-grads and female) and a guy who works in Evans Cycles (really handy for all of your bike maintenance needs). Looking for a male or female, young professional or mature student, non-smoking housemate.
It's a 20min walk to town (with good bus links).
Ideally I'm looking for someone to take on the whole 8 months but if you're only looking for a shorter lease we might be able to negotiate something.
I'm friendly, polite and easy to live with. I'm charging £340 that includes all bills.
