There’s an excellent choice of good pubs and restaurants, a deli, take-aways, all on our door-step. There’s also a 24 hour Tesco Metro about 1 minutes from us. The area has a very nice well-heeled nice atmosphere and is safe indeed. There is a super secure area to lock bikes in the communal gardens, with resident only access.
Transport connections are great - 8 minutes stroll into hammersmith will take you to the Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith and City underground lines, a 15 minute walk to South West Trains connection stations (Barnes Bridge, 25 minutes into Waterloo), and there are a plethora of Buses towards Shepherds Bush, Richmond, and Wandsworth. Hammersmith broadway bus station is also 10 minutes trot, with connections via bus all over London. For drivers, we are not even 5 minutes away to the Great West Road, A4.
The flat itself is large and nicely finished. An enormous reception room, lovely clean modern bathroom, big hallway and stunning modern kitchen, with plenty of room for all to cook and chill.
The room offerend is a massive sized double bedroom with a double bed, large modern white built-in wardrobes, and overlooks the beautiful communal gardens that are stunning for BBQs in the summer. The gardens and building are maintained as part of a managed service so always look nice.
The room is available around the 22nd Jan. The rent is £680 pcm, and this includes ALL bills (Council tax, water, electricity, gas and internet). The deposit required is £825 (this is 6 weeks rent amount split equally between all three housemates) will need to be paid asap to secure the room in advance of you moving in. Rent is paid into a flat rental account by around the 19th of each month, but actually leaves the joint account on the 22nd (its due the 24th).
