Hi! I am an Spaniard who is trying to rent a single room in my own flat with a double purpose: Aid for paying my mortgage and language & culture exchange with someone fluent in English (that is mandatory!!) for improving my rusty level.

My flat is located in a town called Torrejón de Ardoz, 16 Km far from the centrer of Madrid (where I need to go for attending my job everyday). The bus stop towards Madrid is just downstairs. My flat is nice and sunny with a big terrace (90 m2). I have a dog, so you shall be an animal lover for coming with us!!

My neighbourhood has all services such as several markets, many shops, library, sport facilities, park... etc

If you are a smoker there is not any problem, but you should go out to the terrace for smoking.

I think I am an easy-going and open-minded guy, so I think the coexistence will be easy.
