We are looking for a new flatmate to come join our little family in Darlinghurst. The house is pretty awesome, it s a 3 storey old colonial house with the street level being a big living room, Downstarirs we have a kitchen with dining area, and there is a lovely patio from that. The bedroom on offer is on the bottom floor with the kitchen and has a bathroom next to it. The other 2 bedrooms are on the topfloor with their own bathroom.

Rent is $300 per week with bills on top- we have a cleaner once a fortnight which works out about $33 each.

In the house there are 2 housemates, a lovely Scottish girl (Careen) and Irish lad (Misty).
Careen is has her own business. She LOVES to cook and cupcakes are her speciality. She also has an itunes library that makes most people`s ears bleed, however if you don’t mind listening to her “new” favourite mix (which will have 3 songs on it), on repeat, you will be fine :-)

Misty- real name Eoin (we can explain the nickname later) works in IT (he`s no geek though). Mistys passion lies in starting a new sport, buying all the gear and never really getting into it :-)However he does play football regularly, and is an absolute hoot to go out with.

We are both social and have an awesome group of friends, who pop in for a cup of tea or a glass of wine/beer regularly. Up till now we have done a weekly shop and tend to cook for each other when we are about. As neither of us are from Australia this really is our home, and we are like family.

The location is brilliant, just off Victoria Street so we can go get breakfast on a hungover morning and close enough to the cross that we can head out there if the fancy takes us. We do tend to go out alot, however week nights are more low key.

Ideally we would love someone to move in who wants to get involved â€" also if you have sing star that would be an absolute BONUS!!!
