An ideal flatmate for me would be around my age (late 20's/early 30's) and a non smoker. Someone professional and clean and tidy would be great! I work in property public affairs, am a Leeds Utd fan (so being sympathetic to me is a must!!) and like the odd pint at the pub.
These are guidelines and I'd be happy to compromise if the right person/couple came along.
If you are interested in seeing this property please do get in touch. You can contact me on here or by texting/calling me on 07903578190.
All I need is a month up front as a deposit and off we go!
Hope to here from you!
I am looking for a fun, friendly and like-minded female professional to share my flat with. I live in Elephant and Castle very close to Borough - SE16BA.
Here are some images of the flat block: http://www.google.co.uk/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=metro+central+heights&oe=UTF-8&redir_esc=&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&biw=1653&bih=907
My flat is nice inside, small/medium, nicely furnished, the spare room is a decent size, nice views of London (7th floor and you can see the London Eye and the gherkin building) and it is such a convenient place to live - 10/15 mins on the tube to Oxford St/West End (it's only 2-3 miles there tops) so would be good for you with travel to and from work - it's zone 1 with the tube station right opposite the flat complex (Bakerloo and Northern Line). We also have 24hr concierge, free newspapers delivered daily, a little gym, pool, steam room, post box, garden area, outdoor area with water garden, next door is a little shopping complex with beauticians, tesco, hardware stores, poundland, boots, Lloyds bank, dry cleaners, tailors, coffee places, little clothes shops, a market, superdrug etc etc - I've been here 2 years and I really love living here as it's so central and so convenient with an abundance of amenities. My sister is moving out to live with her chap so I'm looking for a new flatmate to be moved in by end of November at the latest but she could move in sooner if required.
About me: I'm an up-beat, personable, thoughtful and sociable 28 year old marketing/design professional. I spend a lot of time in Birmingham where I'm from (1-2 weeks a month away) and when I'm in London I work at home mostly, and enjoy eating out, going to bars, art galleries and enjoying the delights of our wonderful city. I'm fun to be around, clean/tidy, enjoy cooking, going to the gym/swimming and all the usual stuff. I don't have friends round much but my boyfriend visits twice a month (he's lovely and we're not the type of couple to be grumpy about not having the flat to ourselves).
I am a very good flat mate and I am looking for someone similar to share with :o)
Your rent would be £700 per month and bills are around £120 a month - Let me know if you're interested and you could pop here and check it out next week.

I work in Central London as a Product Manager in the IT / telecoms sector (don't hold that against me :-)) but like to spend time East (I've been living in Hackney for 5 years now).
I love good food, a decent boozer and running through Victoria Park. I'm tidy and a good cook, and I'm pretty easy going.
Would like to live with 1 or 2 other people max.
One double room, the other is smaller but would fit a double bed in if wanted, at the moment only has a single in it. Both rooms part furnished.
Sharing with a mature student at UEA.
House has broadband.
