I have been lucky enough to live in a very nice flat in Ealing for the past 4 years but the landlord has now decided to move into the flat. My current flatmate is going his own way as he works for the Church and has commitments elsewhere.

- The Requirement
I am hoping to find a flatmate who is looking to rent a 2 bed flat, long term, around area's like Ealing, Chiswick, Hammersmith, West Acton, Richmond, Barnes, Putney etc. The budget is around £1,400 PM all in (£700 each...). Timescales- pretty urgent! My flat mate is aiming to move out in around 3 weeks and I have a week or two after that so around 5 weeks maximum. I would like to be in somewhere by the beginning of September.
