It’s a large, light double room with fully equipped en-suite toilet and shower, with use of the main bathroom which has a bath.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a modern new build in a secure gated building, situated on Regents Canal in the arty ‘Fish Island’ district of Hackney Wick, Bow. There’s A local convenience shop situated directly underneath the building, 5-10 min walk from Hackney Wick overland, and 10-12 min walk from Bus stops 8, 26, 30, 388, 276 (with good night bus service) and a short walk along the canal to Victoria park.

The flat is very large and spacious, with wooden flooring throughout, a modern kitchen in a large open planned living room, which also has a balcony overlooking the Olympic Stadium and views of Canary Wharf . The flat is fully furnished, partly with my own furniture and part from the landlord. The bedroom itself comes furnished with Bed (not the one shown in the photos) wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Sharing with one other (just me). I’m a full time DJ and musician, so have strange working hours. I work 5 nights a week, so am rarely in the flat in the evenings and sleep or work on my own music stuff during the day. I do have DJ equipment set up in the house, but my flat is my sanctuary not really a party pad, so am looking for someone who has similar views.

The rent is £550 a month plus bills which are £150 (including broadband)
