This is a good sized double room with integral wardrobe space in a clean and tidy 3 bed house north of Worcester, with good access to the M5, close to a pub, shops and amenities. Sharing with one other (me).

The road itself is quiet with hardly any traffic.

There is a large L shaped kitchen/diner, with a shared fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc., large AGA style oven and lots of cupboard space. The lounge is also a good size with TV and Sky.

There is space on the drive for one car and the bus service is good with a stop about 30 seconds walk away.

I have two short haired male cats that spend most of their time outside but occasionally come and sit next to you to when you’re watching the telly. They rarely venture upstairs to the bedrooms.

Smokers are welcome but will be expected to smoke outside. There is a large back garden as well.
