The room is a good-sized, fully furnished, double room with plenty of floorspace and a lot of natural light.

The rest of the flat consists of a kitchen, bathroom (with bath and shower), a separate toilet and lots of storage spaces.

The area has quite a lot of families in it, so it is very safe. The building that the flat is in has a good cctv system and the people that live nearby are all very nice. It is very close to everything that anyone would need, supermarkets, high street shops, parks, basketball and tennis courts, a small skatepark, swimming baths and gym; all of these things are within a 10 min walk from this flat.

The transport available is also very good:

All buses are within a 10 minute walk and can take you to hammersmith, central london, ealing, uxbridge, white city etc

The closest tube is Acton Town (piccadilly and district line), and can get you to central london in 20 mins.

The flat is small and very cute, kind of country side flat. The bathroom is all tiled, has a bath with an eficiently working shower tub.

All liminated floor and tiled floor in bathroom and kitchen. There is central heating and it is worm and cosy during winter days. The central heating is on thermosta so the temperature always remain the same.

There's no living room and it is also smoker friendly in the kitchen only.

It is situated in a very quiet area of Brixton.

The flat is to be shared with a female artist who's been living in that flat for 9 years. I am very unconventional, nonetheless very respectfull and friendly.

The rent is £500 all inclusive with broaband.
